  • How do I book Beauty Call for my wedding?
    Click here to fill out & submit an inquiry form. Let us know the services you’re looking for as well as your headcount. If your date is available, you’ll receive an email with your estimate. When you’re ready to book, we’ll send you a proposal which includes your contract & invoice. Once your contract is signed & your deposit is paid, your date is officially booked & locked into our calendar!
  • How far in advance should I book my wedding hair & makeup?
    Dates can fill up quick. We suggest booking at least 9 months in advance.
  • How much are bridal services?
    Bridal hair & makeup is $450 per service. Our bundle price is only $800 for both hair & makeup. Brides save $100 when booking both services.
  • How much are other services?
    Attendant hair & makeup is $200 per service. Our bundle price is only $350 for both hair & makeup. Attendants save $50 when booking both services. Click here to see our full menu.
  • What’s included with my booking?
    Included with your booking is… One (1) Free Trial of the service(s) you book. One (1) Free Blowout. No travel fee within 50 miles of Audubon, PA. Installation of clip-in / halo extensions / hair accessories. Lashes are included with makeup services. Personalized Timeline.
  • How much is the travel fee?
    We have no travel fees within 50 miles of Audubon, PA. Each additional mile outside the service radius will be billed at $2 to & from up to 50 miles. For example, if you are 100 miles away, we will only charge you for the additional 50 miles outside the service radius. For this example, the travel fee would be $200 total for 50 additional miles to & from. If you are further than 100 miles total, we will require additional accommodations. After you submit an inquiry form, we will let you know if your date requires destination accommodations.
  • What happens after booking my wedding?
    First, you’ll receive your welcome email with information on what to except. Then, you’ll come in for your free blowout. This can be used up to 30 days after your wedding day but we recommend using it shortly after booking to meet your stylist. Next, we’ll schedule your trial as your wedding day approaches. This is when we’ll go over all the little details that will make your wedding morning perfect! You’ll receive an email with your personalized timeline 1-2 weeks after your trial. Finally, the week of your wedding you’ll get a check in email confirming all your details again and asking any last minute questions to ensure we’re ready for your big day!
  • When should I schedule my trial?
    There's no specific timeframe for your trial. We are happy to work with your schedule. Our best tip would be to line it up with a dress fitting so you can see your whole look before your big day if possible!
  • What should I expect at my trial?
    At your trial, your hair & makeup artist(s) will go over your exceptions & inspiration looks. Your stylist will talk through everything & help narrow down what will work best for you. Our top priority is that you look and feel your best on your wedding day! We will also confirm your day-of details & go over your timeline. You'll receive your personalized timeline by email within 1-2 weeks after your trial.
  • What should I bring to my trial?
    Please come with clean, dry hair as well as a clean, moisturized face! Feel free to bring along any inspiration pictures, hair accessories, etc. We have a veil in the studio for you to try with your hairstyle but you may also bring your own if you prefer!
  • Can I bring someone with me to my trial?
    Yes, however due to space restrictions, we ask that only 1 person accompanies you to your trial.
  • Can I book a trial before booking my wedding?
    Absolutely! A free trial is included with your booking. But you can request a trial appointment before booking your wedding. Trials are $150 per service (i.e. $300 for both hair & makeup). Any trials done before booking will not hold or secure your date. Your date is not secured until your contract is signed & your deposit is paid. Please contact the salon if you’d like to schedule a trial before booking your date.
  • Can I book an additional trial after my free trial?
    Yes, additional trials are available at a discounted rate with your booking. You have unlimited discounted trials once your date is secured. Any trials done before booking will not hold or secure your date & will not be discounted. Your date is not secured until your contract is signed & your deposit is paid. Please contact the salon if you’d like to schedule an additional trial after your free trial.
  • When can I come in for my free blowout?
    You can claim your free blowout up to 30 days after your wedding. However, we recommend using your free blowout shortly after booking to meet your stylist. This helps your stylist get to know you & your hair at the beginning of the planning process rather than waiting until your trial. This also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the look you’re going for to make sure your stylist is a great fit.
  • Do I need extensions?
    It depends… Whether or not you need extensions depends on your hair type & the style you’re looking to achieve. Your bridal stylist will help guide you if extensions are recommended & what type will work best to achieve your desired look!
  • How many stylists will you bring?
    It depends on your headcount & your timeline. Based on your timeline, we will make sure you have plenty of stylists available!
  • How early do we need to start to have everyone ready on time?
    The timeline for your hair & makeup will depend when your photographer or wedding planner wants you ready. We plan to be done 30 minutes before you need to be ready so we have time to work on touchups if needed.
  • Can we start hair & makeup in one location then move to another?
    No, we can not move locations once we have started. Some venues may not let you into the bridal suite until later in the morning. If it works with your timeline, this is an amazing space to utilize. But most of the time we need to start earlier than the venue allows. Therefore, we need to plan on getting you ready at a different location. We can not move locations once we have started.
  • What can I expect the week of my wedding?
    The week of your wedding, you'll get an email on Monday. We’ll confirm your details & your final payment total. This is the time to ask any last minute questions.
  • Do you have any payment plan options?
    Yes, all bookings are broken into two (2) payments. The first payment is your deposit. The second payment is your final total. Your deposit is due when you sign your contract to secure your date. Your final total is due the morning of your wedding date. We’re happy to set up additional payment plans. If this is something you're interested in, please let us know before you sign your contract so we can get your payment plan set up accordingly!
  • Can I add or remove people to my package?
    Yes, up to 30 days before your wedding day. We require a 30 day notice if any changes need to be made to your contract before your wedding day.
  • Can I cancel my contract?
    Yes, up to 90 days days before your wedding day. We require a 90 day notice of cancellation before your wedding day. Your deposit is non-refundable regardless of notice.
